Rural Inclusion partners with local NGO’s in El Salvador to conduct rural research

Rural Inclusion CIC has partnered with ADEL Morazán and PADECOMSM to carry out a research project on financial education in the eastern region of El Salvador, as part of Rural Inclusion’s “Ostrii” pilot project in Central America.

On Friday, 22 April 2022, our co-founder and CEO, Jack Farren, together with the pilot research leader, Franklin Montano, were present in San Francisco Gotera, Morazán, for a meeting with representatives of ADEL Morazán and PADECOMSM to formalise the partnership.

The research will include the development of a survey covering both groups and individuals, covering topics such as access to finance, levels of financial literacy, attitudes to risk and digital adoption.

ADEL Morazán is a non-governmental organisation created in 1993 which implements inclusive business development processes to contribute to the sustainable competitiveness of MSMEs.
