Accelerating Grassroot Organisations
Leveraging our trading profits, technology and network of Inclusion Ambassadors from our commercial operations, we support community-based organisations (CBOs) with the skills, tools and network to accelerate their local impact.
Our Model
- We identify early-stage community-based organisations that are mission aligned and already doing fantastic work, but are often underfunded, unheard and unseen.
- Working with our Inclusion Ambassadors and local delivery partners, we invite organisations that we identify to participate in our accelerator programme, delivered through Ostrii.
- Organisations receive capacity on five areas:
- Programming
- Income Generation
- Digital Skills
- Financial Management
- Leadership & Governance
- We track the performance and progress of organisations and connect the best performing with a network of partners and funders to further amplify their growth.

- The programme will initially be delivered by local partners to community-based organisations in Malawi, Kenya and Tanzania.
